Changing the Offline Date
Note The Offline service must be running in order for documents to be sent to offline storage. See Service Settings for information about how to enable this service. |
To change the date on which documents are sent to offline storage:

Search for the documents for which you want to change the offline date.

On the Search results page, from the Action drop-down list, select Amend the offline date.
- Select whether to modify all listed documents, or only those selected in the list.
If you choose selected, select the documents to be changed.

Choose either Select a new date or Do not take offline.
If you choose Select a new date, select the date.

Click Perform Action.
