Managing Inbox Documents

The following actions are available for managing documents in an Inbox-enabled category:

To use the Inbox options:

  1. Search for the documents you want to manage.
  2. On the Search Results page, select the Action.
  3. From the documents drop-down list, select whether to process all listed documents, or only those selected in the search results.

    If you choose selected, select the documents to process.

  4. Click Perform Action.
