Managing Inbox Documents
The following actions are available for managing documents in an Inbox-enabled category:

Move out of Inbox
When processing of a document is complete, use this option to move it out of the Inbox so that it is no longer available for users to own and process.

Move to Inbox with no owner
Use this option to move documents to the Inbox so that they are available for users to own and process.

Use this option to release a document that is owned by a user, so that the document is available for other users to own and process. Do this, for example, if the current owner is out of the office and so unable to finish working on the document.
To use the Inbox options:
- Search for the documents you want to manage.
- On the Search Results page, select the Action.

From the documents drop-down list, select whether to process all listed documents, or only those selected in the search results.
If you choose selected, select the documents to process.
- Click Perform Action.
