Managing Documents
Use Document Management to manage stored documents. Having used the Search option to locate documents, you can then:
- Send documents to the recycle bin
- Permanently delete documents
- Change the date on which documents are automatically deleted
- Change the date on which documents are sent to offline storage
In addition, if the documents are in an Inbox-enabled category, you can:
- Move documents into and out of the Inbox
- Release owned documents so that they become available for other users
