Notes

  • All Windows users and groups are added with User access rights. For details of how to change access rights, see Managing User Profiles.

  • You can add Windows users to Web groups. See Managing Web Groups.
  • The Transform Content Center application can add Windows users whose Active Directory entry contains LDAP attributes that include the following non-alphanumeric characters:

    • plus (+)
    • double quotation marks (")
    • forward slash (/)
    • backslash (\)
    • less than sign (<)
    • greater than sign (>)
    • semicolon (;)
    • carriage return
    • line feed
    • equal sign (=)
    • comma (,)

In addition, attributes can include hash symbols (#) at the start of a value, and space characters at either end of a value.

The Transform Content Center application recognizes only commas (,) as separators between LDAP attributes.

  • If the Single Sign-in for Windows users setting is enabled on the General Settings page, Windows users and users who are members of a Windows group can access Transform Content Center pages without first having to sign in.
