Changing Your Account Details
Change your account details and password on the My Account page.
To change your user details:
- Click the My Account tab.
- Change the details as required.
- Click Save.
If you select Out of Office, when you click Save, a prompt asks whether you want to review documents that you own. Click either:
- OK to display a list of any documents that you own, so that you can, if necessary, release them from your ownership so that other users can process them.
- Cancel to continue, leaving your ownership of documents unchanged.
Changing Your Password
If you are a Web user, you can change your password. If you are a Windows user you cannot change your password here. Windows passwords must be changed at the operating system level.
At some sites, rules specify that passwords must contain a minimum number of characters, or that they must contain a combination of numbers, letters, and symbols. A warning message appears if you try to set a password that does not meet the rules that apply at your site.
To change your password:
- On the My Account page, select Change Password.
- Enter the details in the Old password, New password and Confirm password fields.
- Click Save.
After changing your password, the Sign In page appears, where you must sign in again using your new password.
