Transform Client Plug-In

The following Transform Content Center features are enabled by means of special plug-in software that is only compatible with the Internet Explorer web browser, or with Edge in IE compatibility mode.

• OCR Options:
• Burst validation
• Index Correction
• Pattern creation or editing
• Viewing a document in the Scanning Queue
• Reprint
• Mailing documents from a system that uses a MAPI mail system

• Single sign-in as a Windows user

• Printing multiple documents from the Results page.

For a new installation you must install the plug-in before using these features. For instructions on how to install the plug-in, refer to <TransformFoundation Server installation directory>\Documentation\GettingStarted.pdf

For an upgrade installation where the plug-in is already installed, you will be prompted to download and upgrade the latest version of the plug-in the first time you use one of these features. On-screen instructions will guide you through the upgrade process.

Note You must allow the Transform Client Plug-in Active-X control to run if you are repeatedly asked to install the plug-in. In the browser, click Tools, select Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons to enable this feature.
